The parties consented to an order where the tenants owe the landlord $14,817.47 for unpaid utility costs and damages. If the tenants pay $8,400 by November 15, 2024, the landlord will waive the remaining $6,417.47. If the tenants fail to pay the $8,400, they will owe the full $14,817.47 and will start accruing 6% annual interest on the unpaid balance starting November 17, 2024.
The landlord applied for an order requiring the tenants to pay the landlord's reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for unpaid utility costs and damages to the rental unit. The parties reached an agreement at the hearing.
