The Tenant alleges that the Presiding Member erred by not permitting the Tenant an adequate opportunity to speak and defend herself, and that she was not accommodated based on her mental health issues.
The Tenant alleges that her unit was treated for pests and that the Presiding Member assumed that pests were still an issue.
