The Unauthorized Occupant shall pay the Landlord $2,017.14 for daily compensation from July 5, 2024 to November 4, 2024, plus $21.37 per day from November 5, 2024 until the move-out date, and $201.00 for the application filing fee.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of the Tenant and evict the Unauthorized Occupant because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant without the Landlord's consent.
