The Landlord's request to review the May 24, 2024 order is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The Member correctly found that the Landlord was in serious breach of the Act for failing to repair or replace broken windows, and was required to dismiss the Landlord's application under section 83(3)(a).
The landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to non-payment of rent. The application was resolved by an order issued on May 24, 2024. The landlord later requested a review of that order.
Landlord conceded that he has failed to repair or replace broken windows at the rental unit.
