Unless the Co-op Members void the order by paying $20,644 by October 31, 2024 or $21,877 by November 11, 2024, the Co-op Members' occupancy is terminated. If they do not void the order, they owe the Co-op $19,936.80 plus daily compensation of $40.54 per day starting October 25, 2024 until they move out. The Co-op may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the unit is not vacated by November 11, 2024.
Co-op applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Members because they did not pay the regular monthly housing charges they owe.
Co-op Members suggested a 34 month payment plan at the case management hearing in July 2024, which was too lengthy a period for the Co-op.
Co-op Members have paid nothing at all since July 2024, and very little towards the monthly housing charge for two years.
