The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 22, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by September 22, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by September 22, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant gave a notice to terminate the tenancy.
Tenant gave notice to terminate tenancy effective July 31, 2020 but did not move out by that date.
