The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,926.88 to void the order by August 31, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $1,530.91 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by August 31, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $47.06 for each day of occupation starting June 29, 2023.
It would not be unfair to postpone the eviction until August 31, 2023 or grant relief from eviction subject to the conditions set out in this order
