The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the outstanding rent arrears of $5,119 by December 31, 2024, $7,246 by January 31, 2025, or $9,373 by February 28, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by February 28, 2025.
