The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $382.04, which includes the remaining balance from the previous order and daily compensation for occupying the unit after the order is issued. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $60.30 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 20, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
