The tenancy is terminated due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment. The Tenant must vacate the unit by February 29, 2024 and pay the Landlord $15,955.55 in rent arrears and application costs. If the Tenant does not pay by January 30, 2024, interest will accrue at 7% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by February 29, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
