The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants pay new rent in full on or before the first day of each month from March 2025 to February 2026. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
It would not be unfair to grant relief from eviction subject to the conditions set out in this order.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N8 notice, and the evidence showed the Tenants had paid rent late 13 times in the period from May 2023 to October 2024.
