The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $20,354.99 plus $80.38 per day starting August 14, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
