The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $22,740.44, less any payments made after the application was filed on October 21, 2022. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $70.51 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 20, 2023 until they vacate. If the full amount is not paid by January 30, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
