The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $23,273.58 in rent arrears and costs, less the rent deposit and interest owed. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 26, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord may file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
