The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,753.96, which includes rent arrears up to March 4, 2022 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 15, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting March 16, 2022 and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
