The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,016.02 plus $37.92 per day starting August 14, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenant failed to pay $700 by March 20, 2020 and the April 2020 rent by April 3, 2020 as required.
