The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $22,311.88, less any payments made after November 4, 2022. The Tenant will also owe $64.88 per day for compensation starting February 8, 2023 until they move out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 18, 2023, they will owe 5% annual interest on the outstanding balance.
