The tenancy is terminated effective July 23, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $1,867.75, which includes rent arrears up to July 12, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The tenant must also pay $53.76 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting July 13, 2021 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant pays $5,040.56 on or before July 23, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
