The tenancy is terminated effective May 26, 2021, unless the Tenant pays $9,072.28 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. The Tenant must pay $6,581.90 to the Landlord, plus $46.73 per day starting May 13, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by May 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
