The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $887.64, which includes rent arrears, NSF cheque charges, and the application filing fee, less the amount the Tenant paid after the application was filed. The Tenant must also pay $32.12 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 28, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 31, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by December 31, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement starting January 1, 2021.
