The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant shall pay installments of $377.66 on or before the 20th of the month for the two (2) month period commencing February 20, 2022 to March 20, 2022, and the remaining balance of $156.67 shall be paid on or before April 20, 2022. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord the monthly rent for the months of February 2022 to April 2022 in full and by the first day of each corresponding month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments in accordance with the order, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and for the payment of any new arrears of rent.
