The tenancy is terminated effective February 16, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,234.34, less any amount paid after the application was filed, which represents rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $42.71 per day for compensation for continued occupation starting February 6, 2021 until they vacate the unit.
