The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $798.28, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 15, 2020, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to issues with cleanliness, pest control, and damage to the rental unit. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.
