The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out by December 7, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $5,631.91, plus $35.10 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting November 27, 2021 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by December 7, 2021, the tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The tenant did not pay the rent arrears as required by the previous order.
