The tenancy is terminated effective December 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,905.87, which includes rent arrears and costs from the previous L1 application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $36.49 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous consent order. The Tenant failed to pay $1,110 on or before November 1, 2021 as required by the consent order.
