The parties consented to the following order: 1) The tenancy is terminated on January 31, 2025, and the Tenants shall vacate the unit by that date. 2) If the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2025, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. 3) The Landlords shall pay the Tenants $3,000 by January 31, 2025.
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
