The Landlord proved the Tenant sublet the rental unit without consent. The tenancy continues if the Tenant meets the conditions in the order, including not transferring occupancy again without authorization. If the Tenant breaches the conditions, the Landlord can apply to terminate the tenancy without notice.

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant and Unauthorized Occupant because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant without the Landlord's consent.
Tenant testified he had guests stay while he was away on business, but no one was there when he returned.
