The Tenant shall obtain content insurance satisfactory to the Landlord's requirements by February 28, 2022. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant without notice. The Tenant shall pay $186 to the Landlord for the application fee.
