The Landlords proved the allegations in the application on a balance of probabilities. The Former Tenants shall pay the Landlords $25,341.42, which includes the reasonable costs to repair the damage and the application filing fee.
Landlords applied for an order requiring Former Tenants to pay for reasonable out-of-pocket costs to repair or replace undue damage to the property, which was caused wilfully or negligently by the Former Tenants, another occupant, or someone the Former Tenants permitted in the residential complex.
Former Tenants were very upset about the eviction and stopped all contact with the Landlords prior to vacating.
