Landlord failed to maintain kitchen sink, must pay Tenant $305.14. Tenant's claims of illegal entry and harassment dismissed.
Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant.
Landlord refused to fix the clogged kitchen sink, said Tenant should pay for it.
Tenant notified Landlord about clogged kitchen sink, hired plumber to fix it at a cost of $293.80. Tenant also noticed mold on the sink.
