The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent, substantial interference, damage to the premises, and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant requested a review of the order issued on May 8, 2024, and the order was stayed until the review was resolved. The review hearing was held on August 6, 2024, but the Tenant did not attend.
