The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of November 5, 2022. The Unauthorized Occupants shall move out of the rental unit on or before November 5, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant transferred the occupancy of the rental unit to Unauthorized Occupants in a manner that was not authorized by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
