The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Landlords shall waive $2,800 in rent arrears up to May 31, 2022 and the August 2022 rent. The Landlords may enter the unit on June 5, 2022 to remove items from storage and must minimize noise in the upper rental unit.
Tenants applied for an order determining that Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The parties agreed to resolve the issues in the Tenants' application and requested the LTB to issue a Consent Order confirming their agreement.
