The parties agreed to the following order: 1) The tenant shall not substantially interfere with the landlord's lawful rights or interests, including the landlord's ability to list and sell the rental unit; 2) The landlord shall accommodate the tenant's religious observances by limiting viewings on Fridays and Saturdays; 3) The landlord agreed to waive the application filing fee if the tenant adheres to the conditions.
The landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to substantial interference with the landlord's lawful rights and interests, including interference with the landlord's ability to list and sell the rental unit. The parties reached an agreement to resolve the issues.
