The Landlord proved the grounds for termination of the tenancy due to the Tenant's involvement in illegal drug trafficking activities and possession of an illegal firearm in the rental unit and residential complex. The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,136 for use and occupation of the unit and application filing fees.
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations of illegal drug trafficking activities and possession of an illegal firearm in the rental unit and the residential complex.
The Tenant argues that he has not been convicted of any charges and his criminal lawyer has advised him the case against him is weak.
The Tenant denies having knowledge of the drugs found in his unit and the firearm found in the other unit he frequented.
