The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant $53.00, which was the cost to file this application. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by October 17, 2023, the Landlord will owe interest at 7.00% annually on the balance outstanding. The Tenant may also recover the amount by deducting it from the rent due for November 2023.
