The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to non-payment of rent. The landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. The order was issued on February 15, 2023, and the tenant requested a review of the order and that the order be stayed until the review is resolved.
Tenant did not have Wi-Fi access due to money stolen from unit, but did not report theft to police. Tenant tried to join hearing by phone but did not have access code.
