The Landlord must pay the Tenants $200 for excess rent collected. If the Landlord does not pay by the due date, the Tenants may deduct the amount from their rent or collect the balance outstanding.
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord collected or retained money illegally by charging an additional $200 per month for parking without proper notice.
