Tenancy End Date
Oct 2023
We estimate Application Date using rent arrears.
The tenancy is terminated effective October 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $7,186.18, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $69.04 starting September 12, 2023 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 10, 2023, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Tenant's conduct that seriously impaired the safety of the building manager.
The Tenant testified that he believed the notices he posted do not include death threats, and that the building manager has been listening to him in his unit, cut off his internet, shut off heat and A/C to the unit, and had the SWAT team illegally arrest him.
