The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,353.02 by January 31, 2025 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by January 31, 2025. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $32.81 per day for use of the unit from December 20, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
