The tenancy is terminated effective September 22, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,758.66 plus $37.07 per day starting September 12, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 22, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
