The Landlord has proven on a balance of probabilities that the Tenant substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by November 30, 2024. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
