The Landlord's application for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant based upon arrears of rent is discontinued, as the Tenant paid all the rent arrears and additional rent due prior to the hearing.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. However, prior to the hearing, the Tenant paid all the rent arrears and additional rent due, as well as the filing fee. As a result, the Landlord's application was discontinued.
