The Landlord's application for termination of the tenancy was denied. However, the Tenant was ordered to pay the Landlord $816.41 for unpaid utilities and $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 31, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference and damage to the rental unit.
