The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $9,976.30, which includes rent arrears owing up to May 31, 2023 and the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 20, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
