To provide the Tenant additional time to remove personal property
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Landlord's need to convert the rental unit to a non-residential use. The Tenant disputed the Landlord's maintenance obligations and argued that the Landlord should have applied for a change of use instead of evicting her.
Landlord's Agent stated the Tenant is not responding to requests for access to complete repairs, and the Tenant interfered with a contractor trying to make repairs.
Tenant argued the Landlord should have applied for a change of use instead of evicting her.
Tenant stated she only stopped paying rent because she was wrongfully advised to do so due to the water issue. Tenant loves the property and relies on it for income.
