The tenancy is terminated on February 11, 2024 when the Tenant's employment as superintendent ended. The Tenant must vacate the unit by December 13, 2024 and pay the Landlord $16,286.38 plus per diem compensation. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff's office for enforcement.
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the rental unit is the superintendent's premises and the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.
