The issues in the Tenants' applications could not be resolved at the Adjudicative Case Conference and will be scheduled for a merit hearing.
The Tenants understand that the date on which the T6 application was filed severely limits the issues they can raise based on the schedule in the T2 application.
The Tenants intend to amend the T6 application by December 31, 2024.
The disclosure from the Tenants is voluminous and includes 500 pages of documents and 5 gigabytes of video footage.
All documents and photographs provided as evidence must be readable, have consecutively numbered pages, and include a list or table of contents.
The hearing of both applications will be scheduled after January 31, 2025, to give the parties time to review the materials and to attempt a resolution.
