Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not void the N4 notice by paying the arrears.
Landlord's Agent stated they do not want a payment plan and that a long payment plan would be prejudicial to the Landlord.
Tenant claimed she did cleaning work for the Landlord to offset some of the arrears, but could not provide documentary evidence.
