The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before October 2, 2023. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $43.25 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting September 22, 2023 to the date the Tenants moves out of the unit.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and for an order to have the Tenants pay compensation for damage they owed because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the previous order issued by the LTB.
